The Disney Boardwalk Hotel – Atlantic City Comes to Florida

The Disney Boardwalk Hotel, actually the Disney Boardwalk Inn, was built in the style of the 1940′s Atlantic City area. It features striped awnings and multi-colored facades, and it’s located on Disney’s Boardwalk. This modern hotel/inn featuring nostalgic charm, offers standard guest rooms and quiet cottages.

Guest Rooms

The rich tones of the cherry wood furniture standard in all rooms, invite guests to relax in comfort and style. Visitors can choose to stay in one of the Inn’s comfortable rooms or a cottage with white picket fencing. Like all Disney Resorts, the Disney Boardwalk Inn provides cable television with the Disney Channel, DVD or DVD/VCR players for in-room entertainment. Coffeemaker, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, plus ceiling fans provide guests with the all the comforts of home. In-room safes, telephones with voicemail and newspaper delivery service are standard at the Disney Boardwalk Hotel.

Guest Services

The Muscles and Bustles Health Club is open to all guests of Disney’s Boardwalk Inn and Villas. In addition to saunas, free weights, and Cybex and Life Fitness equipment, massage therapy is available by appointment, during any of the hours of operation, from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily. Guests may request housekeeping service at anytime. A coin-operated laundry facility is available 24 hours a day, with valet laundry and dry cleaning services available upon request. Room service can be ordered 24 hour a day seven days a week.

No matter where you are on the Boardwalk, you will find a restaurant, grill, café or club on or near the Boardwalk serving a delicious meal or snack.

Activities

There is always something to do at the Disney Boardwalk Hotel. Located near the Inn is the Boardwalk itself, featuring shops and café’s, as well as entertainment and many different activities. Fishing, water sports, boat rentals and 24-hour playgrounds offer plenty of opportunities for fun in the sun. The Luna Pool invites children of all ages to cool off on the Kaiser Coaster water slide or in the fountain of water that emerges from an elephant’s trunk. Bicycle rentals allow visitors to see the sights at their leisure.

Transportation Services

The Disney Boardwalk Hotel provides a walkway to many of the attractions within the Disney Resort area. The central location of the Disney Boardwalk Inn provides the ideal jumping off point to many Disney destinations. Disney’s Fantasia Gardens Miniature Golf Course, Epcot Theme Park and Hollywood’s Theme Park are just a few of the destinations accessible from the Boardwalk. Transportation to and from the airport is available for Disney Resort guests aboard the Magical Express, and guests wishing to use the Magical Express service should request this service when making room reservations.
